All you need to do is remember your user id and password and look up your invoice id at PayPal.

When you purchase an otter, PayPal's computer tells gameotter's computer, and PayPal sends you a invoice ID #. Run the otter and click where it says Register. Follow the instructions that pop up. You will need the PayPal invoice ID #. When you are done, instead of showing as Expired or as a Free Trial, your otter will show as Registered.

"I bought a new computer. What do I do?"
  1. Download the otter to your new computer
  2. Login to your PayPal account
  3. Click where it says History
  4. Search a date range when you purchased the otter
  5. Click beside the invoice where it says Details
  6. The invoice ID # will appear on the Details page.
  7. Run the otter and click where it says Register
  8. Follow the instruction that pop up. You will need the invoice ID #.
"My hard-drive failed and I had to replace it. What do I do?"
Follow the same instructions as a new computer.
"I had to perform a system recovery and now my otter is Expired again."
Follow the same instructions as a new computer.

IMPORTANT NOTE

You need the invoice ID # to register your otter. If you do not have a PayPal account, the confirmation email will have a link to save your information. Please click that link and create an account at PayPal. Then you never need to worry about losing your invoice ID #.
